It's not a hotel. It's more of a bed and breakfast type, ok-for-one-night type accommodation. We booked the family suite just for one night on our way to Leh. Family suite is good and big and secluded-it looks good in pictures, because things are still new. And yes, it's on the third floor! The rooms are average. All the linen was dirty. The staff is either overworked or underpaid because they give you a lousy service. And yes the guy who was assigned to us kept complaining about his back ache... Perhaps in the hope of not getting more work from us. Now some positive... It may prove to be good for a solo traveler, also because of the economical price.

The worst hotel ever. There are no fans in the rooms on 4th floor, very dirty washroom, bedsheets, towels, pillows and blankets. "0" support from staff even after calling multiple times. Please do not book the hotel if you want a good holiday. Last but not the least food 😭😭

We have visited this place twice, and the service is amazing. it is a 10 min ride away from the main market and location cannot get better. Wifi service is available, and the rooms are also quite spacious

Hotel location was very good, it gives beautiful view of snow mountains and Beas river flowing just from in-front of the hotel. Food was also good and staff was helpful. The only bad thing was bathroom..... commode was leaking and it was the worst experience. Hotel location was near to the market, just 1 - 1.2 kms. and you can walk down to the market place.

Sweet people . Great food , away from the crowd... decent rooms. Very close to Vashisht . For a solo rider I loved it. The staff is so helpful and the owner of this place is also very kind. Loved the breakfast and the Biriyani here.
